I had an appointment last week. I drove 40 minutes to get to my appointment- an hour and twenty minutes round trip. I arrived on time, but not 30 minutes early. Prior to my appointment, I was sent a packet to fill out before hand, and it was my understanding that if the paperwork was filled out when I came, I did not have to arrive 30 minutes early.
