I have seen 2 doctors here (1 female and 1 male) who were extremely dismissive of my symptoms. I suspected I had endometriosis and the female doctor said the process for diagnosis would be too time consuming and expensive (pretty much just deal with the pain). I was having an itchy/burning scalp and the male doctor recommended a change in diet (sure, that could fix it, but no other solutions were presented). Overall, very disappointed with the doctors I have seen here.

Perpetually disappointed. Have continued giving the benefit of the doubt and trying to forgive error after error, but will no longer continue. Strongly discourage seeking help here, even for the most straightforward services.

The staff is very diligent at getting in referrals and following up on patients care. Very well run office. Doctor was very nice, listened and honest. Overall very happy with the level of care of both the front office staff and the doctors.

My pcp left and I was not notified of this. I can't get an inhaler filled till I get established with a new pcp. The office won't pick up their phone so I can make an appointment. I was only able to get a hold of the MA Kim who refused to request a refill for an albuterol inhaler, she forwarded me to the front desk who again won't pick up. She told me to go to the emergency department or an urgent care. I said I'm happy to make the appointment but I need an inhaler now.

Doctors, PAs, call it what you want change ALL THE TIME. There is no continuity in care as a result. It seems medical care decisions are made to generate $$ for Apricus and/or to bring the "new doctor" up to speed. Care over time is fragmented with no consistent direction.
