Ive been to quite a few media spas and this one hands done is the best. The staff and Doc are so pleasant they explain everything their doing in detail and I loved that they gave their opinion and told me what they felt would look the best and weren't trying to sell me things I didn't need. I had the laser tightening done and I'm so happy with it. There is minimal down time. Im so pleased. What really sold me was I had pencil lead stuck in my nose it had been in there so long it turned green and it made me so self conscious.... read more
I’ve had a good experience with my treatments so far. I’ve noticed some changes in my facial hair compared to when I first started. The hair hasn’t completely disappeared yet, but some areas have definitely become thinner and less dense. I’m happy with the progress I’ve seen so far and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments.

I had laser hair removal done here multiple times. The staff are friendly, but I was disappointed with the results. After my last appointment, I still noticed several hairs left untreated on my face when I got home. I mentioned this concern, but the same issue happened again. I would appreciate more attention to detail and better coverage during treatments. I hope the clinic can improve this for future clients.
