This company is nothing but trouble. I have been overcharged, double billed, and had my credit card charged without authorization months after I had finished paying for my equipment. Use any other company you can before this one.
Do not use this company they gave me a machine that I could not use. They then took too long to take a reading of the machine. They contacted me again a few times after there was an insurance issue and my last contact with them was that they would resubmit this to my insurance. I thought this issue was done and taken care of and two years later they turn this over to a collection company after no phone calls or letters and then put it on my credit report as a collection.
