If i could give a negative star I would. The service in Maui was horrible, no help whatsoever. Mercy stops answering the phone when you call back. While on vacation I forgot my CPAP & wanted to rent one from Kahulu branch. I ended up getting help from the Kennewick branch, Jessica was amazing. I also spoke to Lilly at the 1-888 number & she provided good information. But after this experience I will pay out of network or out of pocket to avoid dealing with the incompetence of Apria.
