I didn't know what to do and everyone there helped me out and helped me understand because I have never had a Cpap before. Everyone was kind and considerate.
My husband needs supplies while we are on a 5 1/2 month trip and can not get them at all. We have tried several times to get them, but to no avail. Now he can't use his machine because he does not have a usable mask. Apria does not seem to care. My husband has contacted his doctor and they have sent everything Apria needs. Still no supplies and no phone call. Finally he called again and now Apria blames Medicare for cancelling the order. No phone call to us to explain. What are we to do?
