They don't seem to want to come and fix there equipment even when they haven't even come and did inspection on it and my sister in law call they said we will come by when we have someone in the area she needs oxygen
I appreciated the video explanation of how to set up the system. I also like that once the head gear is in position the machine automatically starts. I would have appreciated a representative walk me through the set up so I didn't feel intimidated when I opened the box, but I eventually figured it out.
I got a call from a very friendly person, who said they were shipping my c pap machine out, and I got it 2 days later. Way fast shipping. I really would recommend Apria.
