The guys that delivered my machine and tank were great. However when i tried to order supplies online i couldn't without an account number which was not in any of the paperwork so I called to get my account number or have them send fresh tubing and never received anything and never got a call back. First time Cpap user here. I was contacted by this company per referral from my doctor’s office. I have never had a machine before and had many questions. I asked a couple questions when they contacted me that my insurance had approved a machine. They regarded billing and about masks due to being a mouth breather and sleeping with a mouth guard. It took 6 WEEKS from the time I first contacted them until I received my new machine. That’s ridiculous!!!
