The products they sell are good quality. They are hard people to communicate with. You cannot call the local office. Their switchboard runs you through at least two rounds of "press this number", and you still end up being put on hold. When we went to pick up our walker there were signs out front that said to call a number and they would bring it out to us. I called and got the "press this mumber" routine again. If I had a different place to buy the product that I needed, I would next time.

The guys that delivered my machine and tank were great. However when i tried to order supplies online i couldn't without an account number which was not in any of the paperwork so I called to get my account number or have them send fresh tubing and never received anything and never got a call back. First time Cpap user here. I was contacted by this company per referral from my doctor’s office. I have never had a machine before and had many questions. I asked a couple questions when they contacted me that my insurance had approved a machine. They regarded billing and about masks due to being a mouth breather and sleeping with a mouth guard.
