Their billing department is awful. Hours wasted on the phone trying to get the billing department to correct their errors. Still not corrected.
Although I’m not too fond of Apria’s billing, call centers, I was in a bind while traveling and stopped by this location. As with the Apria office where I originally got my cpap, these guys were great! I wish corporate would realize the offices know what they are doing, it’s how they sub out their business for new supplies that gives them a bad name. Thank you Apria PA!
