I forget the lady that helped me but she was extremely knowledgeable of the equipment and very helpful.
frustrating as hell. i split my time between west tn and northern ky for work (so a 6.5 hour drive) and i asked to be contacted when shipments were about to be prepared so they would get to me depending on where i was at. it has never happened. i sit on hold for 30+ minutes trying to get a hold of someone. because of the inability to get a hold of anyone i haven't been able to order a new mask to cope with my skin issues that insurance will cover. absolutely frustrating.

They have been so helpful and respectful in regard to help they have given me and my family. My father has been very sick for sometime now and they have helped us so much. Jim Robertson is amazing
