This is the worst experience I have ever had. No customer service in person and on phone/call center. I would received wrong supplies for my cpap machine. Would get billed without receiving my right supplies.
I was disappointed in service by Apria in Las Cruces NM. First, I had trouble getting my overnight oximeter test delivered. A male promised it for several days at specified times and no showed. Then, a doctor ordered oxygen at night for seriously low levels on July 22. Seventeen days later they had not contacted me. The doctor thought I already had it and was disturbed. Excellent
So far my experience has been a great one. The phone calls, emails and such have demonstrated interest in customer care. Only one thing to bring to your mind, my sleep specialists ordered me a nasal mask and I recieved a full mask. Again, customer service noted that and are sending me the right one. Keep up the great work! I look forward to our future relationship.
