Hello???? How do you get a hold of anyone??? I am posting for my mom. Her concentrator has not worked properly since we started with Apria. We’ve gone through 3 of them. The phone number they give us to call the Las Cruces office goes to the El Paso office which is “no longer in service”. What is the direct number to the Las Cruces, New Mexico office? This is the worst experience I have ever had. No customer service in person and on phone/call center. I would received wrong supplies for my cpap machine. Would get billed without receiving my right supplies.
I was disappointed in service by Apria in Las Cruces NM. First, I had trouble getting my overnight oximeter test delivered. A male promised it for several days at specified times and no showed. Then, a doctor ordered oxygen at night for seriously low levels on July 22. Seventeen days later they had not contacted me. The doctor thought I already had it and was disturbed.
