The customer service is horrible. I've been trying to get a full face mask since the middle of May. First time my appointment was never made. The second one was made for 2 pm. Drive a hour and a half from home along with burning a vacation day at work. It was set for 2 because i work 12hr shifts at night. Only to get here and be told my appointment was at 1pm.
I've talked to 2 ladies yesterday. Not one of them has got back with me. I'm having such a terrible time. The weekend was terrible that I have. The dream wear and the nose piece isn't working for me but it did when I went to the place out Melita and then they set me over to a guy in the. War\n Ehouse in lenaxa or the office, I've not heard back from nobody.

Very nice customer service. I'm just hearing from you too much. I don't like follow up calls and texts. I will call if I have an issue.
Don't use these guys they will rip you off.
