Sadly, they have horrible customer service. The reps barely speak English, are rude and never tell the truth and do not follow thru. I will never do business with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They used to be a good company but they have outsourced their customer service and are very unpleasant to work with. They really are unprofessional, lazy, and all tell a different story. I will never enlist them again for any medical supplies or oxygen or c-pap needs.
