Friendly service My doctor ordered some medical equipment for me. I called Apria and they were able to work with my insurance company to fill the order quickly. The staff was very friendly.
Medical supplies Total Equips carries medical equipment. When I had to go in there, the ladies were very friendly. They found out what I needed and helped me find it. The prices are a little high in my opinion but I suppose that is to be expected from a medical supply company.
helpful even with drop in request This Apria Healthcare has been terrific with drop in problems, no appointment with knowledgeable people who know the choices & equipment. They are also proficient at insurance paperwork.
There are just some things that can't wait. Well, overall this company is pretty good. The problem is that when there are computer glitches (and they are often) the home care delivery schedule is thrown off by a day or two. When people are dependent on oxygen and such, those types of errors can mean life or death. Aside from that, sometimes they call and say they will arrive within the hour, only to show up almost four hours later, or say they will be arriving in 2 hours and show up in 15 minutes....and that is if they call ... read more
Health Care Pros! I am disabled and need to use a wheelchair. This agency has been most helpful in working with my insurance to secure wheelchairs and parts for me. Both wheelchairs I've received from them were delivered to my home. I received instructions on how to use them both. The delivery person was very helpful to me.
