I can’t say enough good things about the team at Après Spa. They consistently go above and beyond without ever being asked. Whether it’s shoveling a little path to the hot tub or, in my case, noticing that my pool cover had collapsed and simply fixing it before I even knew there was an issue — the care and initiative they show is exceptional. I switched from Poolside to Apres Spa when COVID hit. With only a few days notice, Poolside stopped honouring its service agreement and would no longer send technicians to my place to service/repair the hot tub. They made no effort to find a solution while holding on to one year of prepayment. Very disappointing. On the flip side, the team at Apres Spa was eager to work.
