I switched from Poolside to Apres Spa when COVID hit. With only a few days notice, Poolside stopped honouring its service agreement and would no longer send technicians to my place to service/repair the hot tub. They made no effort to find a solution while holding on to one year of prepayment. Very disappointing. On the flip side, the team at Apres Spa was eager to work. Apres Spas saved us last weekend! We were guests at my sister’s house for the weekend and Matt saved us from a lot of sad kids after skiing on Friday. Appreciate you guys!
Prompt service to a repair call, excellent communication
As a property manager, we depend on Apres and his team to keep our hot tubs ready for seasonal tenants. Luke and his team are personable and on top of it. Looking forward to many more years working together.
