Bozena is very friendly and willing to help. However, in the case of the K1 visa, she gave us incorrect information. I have used this travel agency twice before. I've never had any issues, both times were a breeze finding the terminal and gate before take off and landing. Very good at finding the best flights and excellent customer service as well as really feeling cared about. I definitely would recommend this travel agency to anyone in the area.
