If you want high quality professional service right through the process from ordering to delivery, APR is the way to go. The admin team are polite and efficient and keep you informed every step of the way with personal contact. This is my second 20,000 tank delivered. Have to call out absolutely brilliant over and above service from APR tanks. I purchased my first tank through these guys, and have just placed a second tank order as well as a pump. If you want rainwater tanks that will last for a very long time go and see the people at APR Tanks. They also have sleepers, fencing, all at quite reasonable prices, and they're all made from recycled plastic. We got 3 sleepers and, even though they're quite heavy, we don't have to worry about white ants for the rest of our life time.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Raoul the delivery driver was fantastic in helping us offload our new 15.000 Litre tank into a ridiculous position quickly and safely. This is the Hills, so we often have delivery drivers refuse to even enter our driveway and Raoul was an absolute gem. Much better service than the other Adelaide poly tank firm I first tried who didn't have "recycled" tanks and found everything too hard. Go APR tanks!
