Wonderful supportive atmosphere. I found the idea of starting Pilates in a class so daunting at first but Lauren made it so simple to join in and learn. And boy what an awesome workout! I discovered I had muscles I never knew existed haha. Definitely a five star experience. Wonderful staff and beautiful clean facilities with lots of parking and public transport options.
Lauren and the team at Appy Movement are so experienced and enthusiastic about Pilates, they really make every class so enjoyable!
