Such a perfect way to start the morning, we had a wonderful Pilates class here. Feeling strong and recharged. Morning well spent!!
I’ve been going to Pilates classes at Appy for a few months now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. My core has never felt stronger, and the classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. Lauren has such an upbeat energy while still knowing how to push you to do your best. The music playlists are amazing!! The studio itself is bright, clean, and super welcoming - it’s become one of my favourite parts of the week.
The Pilates classes are amazing! The instructors are great and the space is so beautiful. Love Appy!
