Had an appt for labs/EKG, etc. Arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled 9 am appointment to find the doors locked. Called number listed and spoke to, lets call her "Tina". She assured me that the staff would be there before my 9 am appointment. At 910 am doors are still locked. Called back to reschedule since I my own commitment at 945 am. Spoke to "Tina" who told me that it was my fault and that "I shouldn't have scheduled a 9 am appointment". My fault that her staff is running late?
