Went for an insurance application. Great staff. Best blood draw I've ever had, almost 0 bruising. I did nearly pass out due to a needle phobia, but that's not their fault. They handled it well and provided all the support I needed, including ice packs. Highly recommend
The place is good, but one of the Staff( Michael Luxeder )is so un professional, he really have to work on his morals
ZERO STARS! I have a concussion and broken finger due to passing out into MY WALL after a blood draw by a TERRIBLE APPS worker! If you need to give blood for a life insurance policy DO NOT use this company! DO NOT TRUST anyone that works for this company. Will APPS pay for my medical bills as a result of hiring unqualified/unprofessional phlebotomists? Of course not! APPS, you should be ashamed of yourself!
Not a good place no one is here there door is closed
This place was awesome! Shelley and Jamie are super professional and super nice. I do not like needles and have small veins and Shelly took time to go get Jamie because they had to use a butterfly needle to draw blood and Jamie did a wonderful job without pain. Thank you both so much for your professionalism and knowledge. The entire office staff was nice.
