I don't recommend working with them. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 star because they did get the loan done, but it was after passing the closing date and becoming hard to reach after the first two weeks of securing our business. The main issue is that they use ghosting and gaslighting as their business strategy. I understand that there can be family emergencies, but it doesn't make sense to me that they completely stopped working for weeks, with no response to any questions or requests except for buck-passing. We have used Approved Mortgage a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed the process. Each time they have considered what was in OUR best interest and have even went so far as to go to bat for us when other parties were trying to take advantage of us. Communication is wonderful! They do an incredible job of making it as quick and efficient of a process as they can. I am loyal to this company and will absolutely continue to use them for my mortgage needs and hope you do as well!
They made it easy and fast and made everything go smooth. Easy to use and 2nd house we used them for.
