An absolutely terrible experience, for numerous reasons, including costing me an extra $1,500 out of pocket.1) They were never pro-active in reaching out. If I wanted information, I had to call or email.2) I submitted the same documentation over and over again and they seemed to forget I sent it. Have used Approved Mortgage Source two times. First was for a VA home loan and the second time for a refi. Customer service was very personal, responsive, transparent and accurate. We plan to use them again as we build a new home.
