I was looking for a pallet that was delivered to Approved a week early. I discovered the error; Adriana became a part of the solution, located the pallet and provided me with pics to identify the product. Never once was a I challenged or had the protocols explained. She treated us as the most valuable customer in this interaction. Very rare today.
