I stumbled upon Approved in 2022 from another Entity that highly recommended their services. My first experience was superb. I was able to speak with Ms. Judy at Approved, and she had excellent customer service skills and was very personable and friendly. She was so helpful with me on getting my product to Hawaii Island (Oahu) which is not always easy and can be costly. I will say that Approved was the most economical in cost for me to ship my items. I have used Approved for a lot of shipments over many years. Everything has always been delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Approved Freight Forwarders helped me several times this year with the pickup, shipment and delivery of my orders and I have been very pleased with their service. I am especially grateful for the quick responses to the many questions I have. Their rates have been consistently lower than what I would have had to pay if I chose shipment from the manufacturer. The service is very good. But, I just have an observation, it takes many emails back and forth, to finally undersand which department is handling your order. Once you are connected to the right people, everything is a breeze.
