**** was courteous kind and timely upon my request to restore power to an elderly friends home whom had a house fire. We had tried 6 different electrical companies over six months with excuses and no shows. **** returned my request timely and had the power back on in less than three days. plus fixed the outlet that caused the fire in the first place.
Bill was exceptionalclear communication, fair pricing, and highly professional throughout. I would definitely recommend him.
**** (the owner) came by and reviewed all of the work we needed done. He explained what was causing the problem, and helped me to understand our electrical issue. We scheduled another appointment and he completed all of the work in one day. Kudos to him. He has such a great personality! Not to mention that he did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for his knowledgable, expertise and pleasurable attitude. I will definitely recommend Approve Electrical company for anyone electrical work.

I hired this company to take care of a repair in our house in ***********. They took care of the repair and a couple of weeks later, I had another electrical issue in a separate area of the house. ****, the owner of the company, was very responsive and did a thorough inspection and it turned out that the issue was with the *** box. He took my money and went on vacation for 3 weeks. He doesn't communicate but will talk to you about a whole lot of nothing. Makes so many excuses *** charges the most for little work and it's wrong. I had to have another company come and correct the work he supposedly knew how to do. DO NOT hire this guy/company. *********************** IS NOT A GOOD ELECTRICIAN!!!
Worse company that I have worked with in the recent history. Have been contracted to finalize my solar hook up and has failed 3 inspections with CPS and now refuses to return my calls. States that work will take 2-3hrs and he will get around to it when he can. One of the service calls, the installer cut the line to the electrical breaker to my air conditioner. I had to have another electric contractor find the break. Repair was made by Approved but I do think they spliced the line. I intend to file a BBB complaint. I have ha... read more
