Approved Chimney was fantastic to work with. Jeff came out to assess our chimney and was extremely thorough and transparent in explaining everything. The day after we approved the estimate, Lim and George arrived and completed an above-the-roofline rebuild and liner install in less than a day. They were professional, friendly, and left the worksite spotless. Highly recommend!

We have an older home and had some serious chimney issues and this company was wonderful. All the workers were knowledgeable and kind. Respectful of out home and took the time to go over everything when they were done. They cleaned up and left us no trash and worked with our financial circumstance. Thank you Vic for all your help. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for chimney work. They tend to be very busy so book early!
From this company performed a chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation, yet the job was sloppy. The chimney cap installation has gaps and the chimney cleaning left visible residue on the flue. The cleaning cost on the invoice didn’t make sense compared to their quote. They suggested additional chimney repair but didn’t explain why or provide photos. I’m seeking another company to redo the job. If you decide to use this chimney service, get everything in writing and inspect the work.
