These guys are classic scammers. I got into an accident in Brampton. A tow driver came to me & towed my car to this place. The tow truck driver was helpful as he took me to the collision center and also helped me get a rental car but dealing with approved auto was a nightmare since day 1. My insurance tried to reach them multiple times in order to get the car towed away to a repair shop but they would barely ever reply to their calls or emails. First & foremost, any 5 star reviews you see here are totally fake because there’s no way these people can do any good to anyone. As most of the one star reviews have mentioned here; these people just care about money. They don’t care about you or your car. Their only goal is to store the car for as long as they can in order to earn more money & would bluntly lie & play dumb to achieve that. They helped me with best towing solutions. And proper management they guide me with the procedures and helped me a-lot. Moreover, they are not like other towing companies. I was having bad experience last time with other towing company they refused to release my vehicle on time.
