Years ago Had a problem with an Onkyo Receiver, called Larry he said it would cost more to fix than to replace it, so I replaced it based on Larry's telephone recommendation. Then in 2019 had a problem with the new receiver. Larry scheduled a time and my grandson took the receiver to Litchfield, about 2 hours away. Larry fixed it while he waited.
