Let me start off by saying I am so very happy with my apartment!!!! I did not think Tim would be able to help me and I was kind of weary that this was just a scam but I had an issue with my background which showed and eviction from a foreclosure that did not have anything to do with me. I got the apartment anyway but still had to get a statement from person who owned the home showing this was her home and I was just living with her not renting.
