Iraj is a stand up guy, I finally got the chance to meet him in person.
I recently purchased a car from them and had a great experience. Extremely professional. Despite it being pretty busy, Iraj made sure we were taken care of. The patience and knowledge of the employees at Approval guy did not go unnoticed. They really do make it feel like home! Highly recommend.

Trying to sell my car and the guy on the phone is arguing with me for a price like i just want to get a price from you and the guy is arguing with his customers wow! And blocks me on facebook when i was trying to message him and i called him after he block me on facebook and he said hes dosent know nothing about the facebook messages! Guy dosent like his job 🤦♂️ And takes it against customer REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please dont shop here really bad customer service trying to buy a 15-16k car for 6-7k
