Sonia Roopnauth was amazing from start to finish. Excellent service and honestly a great deal on the exact car I wanted. Not to mention getting me more than I expected on a trade in for a vehicle that I wasnt sure was even tradeable. She did all the leg work and got me a loan when I really thought there was no hope. I highly recommend her not just as a sales person but as an incredible human. Thank you so much for everything you've done.
Spoke with an Indian lady on the phone who was condescending, impatient and rude at the Whitby location. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Last time I walked into Approval Genie was in Scarborough, they put in an application for pre-approval which I didn’t consent for which hit my credit score 20-30 points. Probably will avoid this business altogether at all locations.

I am so very thankful for genie approval on helping me with my new vehicle adhir and billal went to extreme measures to make sure that I had everything I needed with my new vehicle they even got me a better bank loan and lowered my interest rate this experience by far another great job as was the last time I came to get my previous one over a year ago glad I came back to approval genie see you guys next time Highly recommend the Whitby location
