Theres never anyone to talk to, even if you go in to the building there's never anyone that can actually help you. Terrible place that should be completely gutted and new personal hired.

Consistently will not answer the phone or let you hold for service. They did not follow up on documents I uploaded to their portal (twice). Poor stewardship of this important cornerstone.

They take 2-3 business days to get through on the phone. There is no reason you should have a 3 hour wait time. When you visit the office and there is literally no one in the lineup it still takes them upwards of 40 minutes to speak with you despite having 5 people sitting at their desks not on call, or busy. Answers are always “just go on the website”. As the other reviewer said if I could rate zero stars I would.

They Need more support and more Staff that have a closer understanding of the industry partners that make Industry Trades possible in the province of Alberta. If we want to grow our province and train the bright minded individual's that are going to move us forward in days to come they need support not red tape and blank answers.

I’d give a zero if it was an option. I stood in line waiting to be helped (and was seen by AIT staff walking passed me) and yet none asked what I needed. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, the supervisor helped me. The information I was provided was uncertain and inconsistent with what I was originally told by another AIT representative in my first year of trades…. For trades, something so “highly prized,” the representation and help for the trade students is some of the poorest I’ve seen and experienced.
