Very sketchy organization. Our bank hired them and in my opinion they intentionally undervalued our home by over $100,000 to help the bank. They ignored recent comps that I can literally throw a rock at from my house and instead used random properties in inferior locations to drive down the “market value”. Stay clear of this company if you can.
