Michael and I had an appointment to appraise my house in Ventura on October 3, 2025 at 11am. I called him at 11:24am to see what was happening. He told me that he was in Santa Paula. I asked him why he didn't communicate that he was going to be late and he stated that his office had covid and that he thought our appointment was the following week.
Michael was very communicative and responsive throughout the appraisal process, and happily shifted his schedule on short notice for me. I’d highly recommend his services.
