I don't like to leave negative reviews but our experience with this appraiser was aggravating. He appraised our house for 15k less than it appraised for 10 years earlier. In those 10 years we added 3 more acres with hwy frontage and nothing has went downhill from the first appraisal. We talked to reality agents who said they couldn't buy houses like ours for his appraisal, and agreed it was way off.
