Top notch service
We would Recommend David and Staff to anyone, Even though they were very busy it was done in a timely manner and we received our copy in 5 days including Saturday and Sunday. Very nice and knowledgeable people.
Absolutely terrible appraisal company. Bad experience and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for work to be done. If your a bank or realtor do NOT use this company!
**Warning** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It took the appraiser 9 weeks to complete the appraisal. David Whalley was a poor communicator, he missed countless deadlines, and he had emotional rhetoric towards the properties, miscommunications with lender, unable to reach him most days, had to resend him information several times. I’ve purchased many properties and used several different appraisers. This was a terrible experience. My bank has removed him from their list of allowed appraisers.
