Great response time after our bank sent the request. I met the appraiser at the house and the owner showed up as well. Both were professional and answered every question I had.
During one of the hottest markets in recent history of real estate; the appraiser said it was an unimportant detail and the "most minor of discrepancies" in reference to market trends and the valuation of my house. Obviously this is insane, as market trends are one of the largest parts of home valuation. In my attached image is also an important note, I paid an extra $6k to add a full brick siding to my home, and the appraiser decided that that would contribute to my home coming in under value(????) while there are exact sam... read more
