For the seven minutes that the appraiser was at our house, he was extremely friendly and courteous. However, his appraisal report left us with our mouths gaped open in disbelief. He selected the lowest sold houses (foreclosures) to use as comps, even though there were better comps he could have selected. He did not account for all the upgrades we have made to the house. He doesn't even deserve 1 star! He appraised my home for a loan and did such a terrible job on the paperwork it was denied twice! Don't use this service-- I am leaning towards them being scam material!
