I wouldn’t recommend this company, they charged me $350 to appraise my home about a month ago and I still don’t have the report. I sent my email address twice and have had to ask for the report three times. The appraiser claims he has sent it, but it’s not there. I have even asked about meeting in person. In any case this company strikes me as incredibly unprofessional. I finally received my paperwork after this review was placed. Take that as you will.
