This man is very unprofessional. From the moment he pulled up I knew this wasn’t going to be someone I wanted to appraise my home. Appraised my 4 year estate by comparing to a home built in 1959, one built in 1982 and another in 2005. Really! He even appraised my home for lower than the above homes and absolutely no comparison. I highly recommend never using this man.
Called to book an appraisal and the man literally just hung up the phone while I was speaking!! Called back and won’t answer. Obviously taking my business elsewhere; what a joke.

Bryan called from the road upset that my house numbers weren't posted closer to the road. He was condescending and chastised me repeatedly before hanging up on me. When he got to the house I welcomed him but told him I was not ok with how he spoke to me on the phone and suggested a reset. He continued his lecture and then declined to do the job so I wished him well and he left.
