Bryan called from the road upset that my house numbers weren't posted closer to the road. He was condescending and chastised me repeatedly before hanging up on me. When he got to the house I welcomed him but told him I was not ok with how he spoke to me on the phone and suggested a reset. He continued his lecture and then declined to do the job so I wished him well and he left. Would definitely not recommend. Based on my experience, your appraisal will be significantly lower than what you'll get from anyone else. Comps will be of lower valued homes in neighborhoods miles from yours. You'll probably end up having to pay to get another appraisal from a more reputable company to get a realistic number.
