I attended one of Kelly's classes which contained a great deal of useful information. It was organized and very well presented. I highly recommend her.
Was so glad that Kelly Kellogg could get an appraisal done quickly for us. It was very thorough and done even before we needed it (which was already short notice). Very appreciated. Her staffperson, Brandi, was very good to work with. She was very timely with her communications and was very professional. Would highly recommend.
I will NOT recommend wasting your money hiring this company. Kelly has no idea what she is doing. I recommend she goes for training or stop wasting browsers time and money. Very bad experience!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!

This is Suzzanne Watson and I'd like to give a shout out to Kelly and staff once again. On my past three investments, Kelly's expert calculations have brought an additional 70K. So when I sold my personal home this last month and the buyer's appraisal came in low, I called Kelly. Brandi answered and called Kelly immediately and within a few days she found 4 issues with their appraisal and long story short we won the appeal netting us another 40K.
