The appraiser showed up 30 minutes late wearing a t-shirt and jeans and took 6 whole minutes to look at both the inside and outside of the house and property. Was supposed to complete appraisal with improvements, but appraised "as-is." His business card said "Project Manager," and listed no appraiser credentials. Would not recommend.
