Would not recommend this company! They aren’t knowledgeable in this space. Read the other reviews the ratings says it all.
I’d give zero stars if possible. Had 20k last year in a brand new septic system and furnace. Plus gutted the whole house and refinished it. Appraisal came in 6k higher than last years. Absolutely terrible, the fact that ‘Richard’ is a licensed appraiser blows my mind, he’s nothing short of a full blown idiot. Don’t use these jokesters.

Horrible response time. I would never use this appraiser. Incompetent, had home appraised several times and two of the three were lined up. Hull's was not even close! Way lower appraisal with him. He has no business being an appraiser.
