This appraisal company did appraisal on a home I wanted to purchase without there being any utilities on. I'm not sure in what world that's professional....Crazy that they've been in business since 2011 and couldn't have the common sense to know that.
I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to suffer the consequences of the incompetency of this company and its appraisers. Roy made several crucial errors on the appraisal of my house and was tens of thousands of dollars off, which made the sale fall through, effecting myself, the buyer, the realtors, loan officer, etc. He pulled comps that weren’t even close to comparable to my house, so I reached out to the owner to point these things out, hoping he could come take a look and fix the report,... read more
If I could give zero stars that’s where I would start! Do not call this place if you want a fair value of your property as they will under value it. They would not take into consideration all my brand new updates such as new hvac system, renovated bathroom with tile work, updated 200 amp electrical service, new siding, new deck and updated kitchen!
