This was my second time working with Craft Collision and they did an excellent job servicing my Mazda! Sherri had excellent communication and helped me get my vehicle serviced quickly. I also appreciated Josh’s frequent updates regarding the completion of my service! Very pleased with services received!
Really top notch, professional, quality workmanship, communication and all around great service. I had my car in for some minor repairs after hitting a raccoon and damaging the front of my Honda. Josh was on top of things immediately and communicated with me throughout the process. This shop does amazing work, they truly return things better than they found them. I took my car there for body damage after I hit a deer on my driver's side, not only did they do an awesome job fixing the damage, they painted a cookie sized scuff on the opposite corner that was there when I bought it. They communicate decently and care for customers situations. Would highly recommend Craft bodyshops.
The staff at Craft Collision in Appomattox is wonderful to work with, friendly and they were able to repair my vehicle super fast on the same day I brought it in to show them. Highly recommend!!
