We had an appointment with a vet tech for nail trims and anal gland expression for both of our dogs. We travel full time in our RV so in the past 9 months we’ve visited 5 other vet practices all over the country for the same exact thing. The tech was wonderful- friendly, efficient and compassionate. She was a 5 star. My reason for the 3 star rating is the price. DOUBLE what anyone else has charged us. Dr. Lee and her staff are the best! Dr. Lee is considerate, knowledgeable, caring, and goes beyond what is expected for her furry patients and their families. No weekend hours, which leads to having to go to Lynchburg Animal Hospital and getting charged a weekend rate, this is very disappointing that your Pet needs to wait until Business Hours to be seen.. if its a newborn kitten, good luck on it surviving.
My cat was so sick. Thank you all for helping my cat. Oh and I couldn't believe it, it didn't smell like a animal hospital. Super clean.
Our pup, Bishop was badly abused before we found each other. The crew were great with him. It is so comforting knowing that my dog will not be stressed.
