Do not go here. I only went to her because I couldnt find another endocrinologist who sees children but she almost killed me. She prescribed me a basal insulin as a humalog and we didnt know until we looked up what kind of insulin the brand was.
I visited twice and both times my original appointment was cancelled due to her not being there. Both times they let me know the day before which I understand things come up. After my last appt I had a scan done to check thyroid and when it came back normal she wanted to run another thyroid panel even tho I had just about every other lab done come back with low thyroid. Now I know it was just under the reference but why the need for a 4 thyroid run in a year after I was just billed a couple thousand for the scan. Not to ment... read more
Ms.Chapman has quite literally saved my life (technically, my liver), and I am very thankful for the work she and her office have done for me. I have called the office more times than I can count. If you don't get an answer, just call again later; they'll take care of you.
They never answer their phone, and don't return phone calls when you leave a message. Hard to get meds renewed...even when they are told you only have a few doses left. I've had to go into the office 3 or 4 times to speak to someone in person because I don't get call backs The last 2 times I was there I had a wait time to get in of over a half hour after I was checked in. And it probably would have been longer if I hadn't went to the window and asked what was the problem. Very sad . But, I would not recommend.
Terrible!! Rarely ever answer the phone and never return calls!! It’s next to impossible to get prescriptions refilled!! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks on 2 prescriptions, they just blame it on the insurance company. Go anywhere but here!!
