We hired this company to build us a new Magento website. Fixed rate contract with a lead time of 4-6 months. Scope of work clearly defined. Design phase went well. Outsourced developers in India were very difficult to deal with. Our project manager changed 4 times in 8 months. The site launched looked good, but was full of bugs. Over 225 known issues within 90 days of launch. Ultimately, Appnovation ghosted us and refused return emails.
