The most unprofessional human I've had the unfortunate luck of coming across. Can not say enough about how awful this guy is. His "business" is in an unzoned shed behind his house and his skills and knowledge seem to have been just as haphazardly applied across every platform, from customer service to brand recognition and 'expertise' knowledge. Tyler was able to service my "unserviceable" electronic shock and install a new spring. He was quick to address a concern after I reinstalled, and he had me back after ordering and milling a spacer that was initially omitted by the supplier. His support and follow through speaks highly to his dedication.

Quality of work and communication is great, also worked with me to give me quick turn around time and setups for about every riding possible. Very impressed with how good the bike feels swapping setting from hard enduro riding, to harescramble style racing and even motocross. Very knowledgeable guy to talk to about bikes in general as well.

Tyler at Applied Technology not only made the suspension on my yz250x feel better than any bike I’ve ever ridden, he did it within a 48hr turnaround which is outstanding when you take into consideration most places have a 2-3 week turnaround! If you are local, you can drop the bike off and he removes the suspension and reinstalls it for no extra charge. For me, the service comes before the product, but in this case you’ll get both. Highly recommended.
