I called and spoke with JD to ask what they were working on. He was informative and very professional. When they were done with the locate work I noticed we had a large hole, 14" deep and 12" wide and a trip hazard. I called JD and he was on it. He had someone fill the hole right away and sent me a picture showing it was filled. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a contractor who actually did what they said they would do and followed through. Thank you JD!
