Had I not come across Applied Posture Riding I would have given up riding . Riding was painful after a bad fall , I feared it was the end of my love of riding after being told riding isn’t any good for your lower spine injury. I spent the next few months in a horrible place wondering how I was going to cope. Very happy with my redlight pad even though not a horse I am an overweight aged lady and have suffered with back and sciatic nerve pain for years since using this regularly it has given me much relief . Also have just had a knee replacement and it also has helped with pain relief after surgery and loosening of tight muscles to be able to move knee again and helps relieves pain after exercising and walking. Easy to use and I would highly recommend .
Highly recommend Applied Posture Riding, she has a great range of products available along with a great skill set and wealth of knowledge to help everyone with their needs. Have felt personal benifet from the red light pads and seen her work wonders first hand with riders and horses a like.
