I have achieved great results working with Anthony. I spent many years trying to do it on my own only achieving moderate results. Since I started working with Anthony about 6 months ago, I have completely changed my diet and workout routines. Anthony has taught me how to make a lifestyle of health and fitness.
Complete rip off. I was in the market for a personal trainer and he ran a special: $900 for 3 months of training, 3 times a week. He said I would need to pay up front, which I did. He never took my measurements or my weight. Out of the 4 sessions we did, we worked on arms 3 times. He didn't seem to have a game plan or remember what we did the last time. I know I needed to make some changes and get in shape, lose a few lbs and gain some muscle but tried starting many times and couldn't get going consistently. A friend and neighbor referred me to Anthony. We met to talk and now two months later i feel so much better, dropped lbs, clothes fit better and I can't imagine not working out.
